Who is responsible
KinetiBridge is operated by Janson, an individual. For privacy or RFQ data requests, contact [email protected]. The website does not currently represent a registered company, registration number, or business address.
Information and purposes
When you send an engineering procurement inquiry, we collect the name, company, role, email address, optional phone number, country or city, purchasing quantities and timing, technical requirements, messages, and drawings, BOMs, or other engineering files you choose to upload. We use these items to review requirements, assess sourcing and technical feasibility, respond to you, and manage the inquiry. We also process submission times, limited anti-abuse network data, and file scan results to protect the form and uploaded files. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Remove identity documents, payment account details, medical or children's data, and unrelated third-party personal information before uploading. If your files contain this material, email us first to discuss a suitable way to submit it. We will not publish non-public engineering files or send them to prospective suppliers without a separate agreement with you.
Providers and international processing
The application, inquiry database, and private file storage use DigitalOcean, LLC services in the United States; its privacy contact is [email protected]. We plan to use Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile to prevent abuse. Turnstile processes browser and network signals needed for verification, not your inquiry text or uploads; Cloudflare's privacy contact is [email protected]. See the DigitalOcean Data Processing Agreement at https://www.digitalocean.com/legal/data-processing-agreement and the Cloudflare Turnstile overview at https://developers.cloudflare.com/turnstile/.
Information submitted to this site is received and stored outside mainland China. Where Chinese personal information rules apply, we will seek separate consent for this international transfer before submission. If you do not agree, do not upload through the form; email us first to ask about another communication channel. To exercise rights concerning information handled by the overseas providers, email [email protected] with your RFQ contact email, submission date, and request. After verification, we will coordinate with the relevant provider. You may also contact a provider directly under its privacy policy.
Retention
An upload that is not attached to a submitted inquiry is scheduled for deletion 24 hours after upload. Ordinary submitted inquiries and their attachments are retained for 180 days from submission and then cleaned up. If a project remains active or applicable law requires preservation, we retain only what is necessary, record the reason for the exception, and review it regularly. We delete the material promptly once the exception ends. Infrastructure backups may temporarily retain a copy for the provider's backup cycle before expiring. De-identified statistics that cannot be linked back to a person may be retained separately.
Your choices and rights
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent-based processing, or ask how it is handled. We may verify your relationship to the inquiry before disclosing information and will handle the request under applicable law. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already completed; if a legal preservation duty applies, we will explain it.
Security and changes
We use encrypted transport, restricted CMS access, private file storage, short-lived download links, and malware scanning before accepting uploads. The site is intended for engineering procurement professionals, not children. We will update the date and provide appropriate notice when this notice materially changes. Please do not email unredacted sensitive engineering material before confirming the handling method.
